Excursions

The ICDC10 conference will take place in Interlaken, located at the heart of many tourist attractions and sites of exciting scientific investigation in the Swiss Alps. The excursions are tailored for participants interested in geology, botany, ecology, hydrology, geomorphology, atmospheric research, Quaternary research and climate change, or just nature and scenic landscapes in general.

Please see the detailed descriptions for themes and topics, length and difficulty, equipment and costs. Excursion costs are not included in the conference registration fee.

Whenever possible, excursion destinations are reached using public transportation. All excursions have a minimum and a maximum number of participants; confirmation goes according to the registration and payment.

Health and accident insurance is fully within the responsibility of the participants. The program may be subject to small changes
