Terms and conditions
Abstracts will be selected based on scientific merits and further considering age, gender, institutional and geographical balances and logistical and organizational constraints. Submitted abstracts may be rejected (or moved from oral to poster presentations) by the organizer without providing any justification.
Registration for the ICDC10 is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee by credit card only (Mastercard and Visa).
Please note that the final program will be set up based on full payments only. Registration and your contribution are not confirmed until your full payment has been received.
Cancellation policy and refunds
Cancellations: Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received in written form (e-mail to: email@example.com) by 21 July 2017 and confirmed by the conference office. The cancellation fee is CHF 100 (therefore no refund for cancellations of any part of the registration amounting less, e.g. excursion). No refunds will be given for cancellations after 21 July 2017 or for no-shows.
Refunds will be issued only after the conference.
The conference program may be subject to changes. Payments will only be refunded if the conference has to be cancelled by the organizers (except cancellations due to force majeure of any kind). The organizers will have no further liability to the client.
Health and travel insurance and insurance against accidents is fully within the responsibility of the participants. The organizer will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
